- Field Supervision
BCU technicians provide supervision and guidance during the installation process of pump/compressor systems. - Commissioning & Start-up
After installation, BCU technicians conduct thorough checks such as alignment, electrical current, pipe pressure, and system components to ensure smooth operation. Our team also provides system data reports, including vibration, temperature, flow pressure, and motor current. - Field Inspection and Service
If the customer’s pump system cannot be transported to the BCU workshop, our technicians are ready to perform on-site inspections, recommend spare parts, and even repair the system in the field. - Site Survey
Before installation, the BCU team ensures that on-site conditions match the specifications of the ordered pump system. If necessary, our team can provide a report to adjust the pump system design according to the site conditions. - Field Training
If customers are unable to attend training at the BCU Training Hall, BCU will send our technicians to conduct on-site training for pump system operation and handling. - Customer Pump Analysis
Using BCU’s modern infrastructure and advanced software, we can provide an accurate analysis of your system, covering vibration evaluation, capacity, flow speed, and other factors.
